The hotel's setting provides easy access to nearby attractions with only a 5-10 minute walk to various amenities. the staff are welcoming and hospitable, providing good service and prompt room accommodations. the indoor playground and spa services are good facilities to use after a long day.
The seating arrangements at dinner could use a more flexible system, as seating is pre-assigned and not always comfortably situated.

The children's play area was great for my little ones, and we enjoyed the food at the restaurant. The location was amazing, just a short walk from the cable car and close to the town center. They also had a nice spa area where we could relax after a long day out.
There were no savory options besides some ham and cheese. , there were no toiletries in the bathroom at all except for hand soap and shower gel.

Easter in the Italian Alps was amazing. the hotel was located just a short walk from the cable car and the town centre, and a 10, minute walk to the lake. the staff were welcoming and friendly, and the restaurant served high, quality food. the children's playground was a big hit with my little one, and the spa was also enjoyable.
The breakfast options were mostly sweet and lacking in savoury options, but still enjoyable. It would have been nice to have a choice of where to sit for dinner rather than being pre, assigned a table.
